To expedite the resolution of your issue, kindly include a photograph of the item you received and provide a brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied with your order. This information will assist us in reviewing your order, improving our products and services, and serving you better.

Please note that our refund policy is applicable for a period of 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the item, regrettably, we cannot offer you a refund.

Damaged or Low-Quality Items

At Sportythreads, we take pride in delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or low-quality product, we take full responsibility for any damage that occurred during production or delivery. You may qualify for a free refund or replacement within 15 days from the delivery date.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team via Email. To expedite the resolution process, kindly provide a photograph highlighting the poor quality or damaged area of the item. For optimal assessment, place the item on a flat surface, ensuring the tag and error are clearly visible.

Upon reviewing your request, we will promptly send you replacements once the situation is confirmed. There is no need to return the defective items. Your feedback will help us rectify any errors and improve our future orders.

Please be aware that our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to:

  • Damage caused by accidents or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  • Aftermarket modifications

Our refund policy remains valid for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the item, we are unable to offer a full refund or replacement.

Non-Receipt of Product

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, you have the right to request a refund or replacement. Simply initiate a chat with our agent and provide your order information. We will prioritize assisting you in resolving the issue promptly.


  • To ensure eligibility, please submit your request within 1 month from the order placement date. After this period, tracking information might expire, limiting our ability to assist you further.
  • In the event of a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Refund Processing Time

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we initiate the refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account. Please refer to the table below for estimated refund processing times:
